What Is Fountain TRT?
Fountain TRT is a complete online testosterone replacement treatment service. Beginning with an initial online questionnaire, the company offers testing to determine your blood testosterone level. How To Use Fountain TRT
When visiting the Fountain TRT website, your first step is to take their 5-minute assessment to see whether you have signs of low testosterone.
You will be asked to rate a number of different factors, including how difficult it is for you to build muscle, lose fat, and maintain an erection. You also have to input your zip code so they can check if their service is available in your area. You will also be asked whether you want your lab work (i.e., blood test) done at home or a local Labwork clinic. At this time, you will also be asked to choose between topical and injection treatments.
You will then be invited to purchase the assessment package. This is typically $280, but was offered at a discount of $90 when I did the questionnaire. This package includes:
- a lab verified testosterone test
- a TRT medical consultation with a health expert
- at-home lab collection
Fountain TRT communications are done through SMS. You will be contacted to set up times for your lab tests and your appointment with a urologist to discuss your test results. This appointment will be by online video conferencing. Before this meeting, you will have access to your blood test results so you can know where you are before meeting with the doctor.
One thing that I noticed when reading about men's experiences with this process is that the Fountain team never apply pressure to push a person into becoming a buyer. In fact, they often suggest trying lifestyle changes for a few months and then coming back for a reassessment. That is integrity in action!
Your one-on-one video session with a urologist is comprehensive and may last up to 45 minutes. One potential negative is that you can only schedule your appointment during business hours, which may be a problem for full-time workers. Three-quarters of an hour is also quite a lengthy time commitment.
The urologist will go over your test results in detail and then discuss a plan to get your T levels into the normal range if they fall short (below 300 ng/dL). If your levels are just a little below this level, the urologist may recommend lifestyle changes such as resistance exercise or more sleep for a few months and then coming back for a reassessment.
If it is determined by the urologist that TRT is the correct course of action for you, he will write out a prescription, and your course of treatment will begin. The topical cream or injectable testosterone dosages are customized according to your current testosterone levels, symptoms, and medical history.

Who Can Use Fountain TRT?
Fountain TRT can be used by men (currently, they do not offer a TRT hormone replacement therapy service for women) aged 18 or over. During the initial questionnaire, you are asked to input your date of birth. If you are under 18, you will be notified that the service is not available for you. I assume they have some further method of checking if you choose not to be honest about your age on the questionnaire.
After your assessment, you will only be eligible for TRT if your blood testosterone levels fall below 300 ng/dL and the urologist determines that you qualify and would benefit from the treatment. He will then write out a prescription, which is the only legal way to receive synthetic testosterone in the United States.
It's important to point out that TRT may reduce a man's sperm count. As a result, you might consider delaying treatment if you are planning on having a baby. Discuss this with your urologist during your consultation.

Does Fountain TRT offer injections?
Yes, Fountain TRT does offer injections. Once your lab results have been interpreted and the decision made that you should proceed with TRT, a urologist will discuss your treatment options with you, including the possibility of injections. If it is decided that injections are the best form of treatment, the doctor will write a prescription, legally allowing you to receive testosterone injections. The doctor will determine the frequency of injections.
Your synthetic testosterone, in the form of testosterone cypionate, will be sent to you on a monthly basis.
What is the most effective form of TRT?
The two most popular TRT methods are injection and applying testosterone creams. The decision between them is really a matter of personal preference. To help you decide, here are the pros and cons of each:
Injection Pros:
- Effective And Reliable: Injections administer testosterone in a controlled and reliable dose. This contributes to maintaining steady testosterone levels, which may improve symptoms.

What is the best testosterone steroid for TRT?

Half Lives: The half-life of cypionate is longer than that of enanthate. That means that cypionate will last longer in the body. The longer half-life of testosterone cypionate may mean it doesn't have to be injected as frequently (i.e., every 14 days instead of every 7-10 days).
Many people consider testosterone cypionate the best TRT option due to its longer half-life. Fountain TRT uses cypionate as their injection steroid.
Does TRT actually work?
